Once we have met with you, the seller, and review the items to be sold and agree on the terms which are a percentage of the total sale we schedule the sale dates. Advertising must be placed by the week prior to the sale to ensure proper placement.
Our extensive email lists with over 8,500 names enables us to contact and promote your specific items and information regarding your sale. This is in addition to local advertising, Craig’s List, EstateSales.net, our own design clients, printed handouts, professional signage, social media and of course, our website.
Marketing is essential to success. But more than that, taking the stress away from our clients and taking charge of things needed to close and clear the house in time for the closing date, is our specialty!
At the time of the sale we monitor and supervise the amount of buyers allowed in at one time.
Each item purchased is logged at the time of the sale for accounting purposes.
At completion of the sale, in the event there are any remaining unsold items, they will be reviewed with the sellers as to their consignment, donation or disposal.
We offer moving, cleaning and delivery services as well!
